Terms of Service

These terms describe how you use Contract Platform during our beta period.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Contract Platform helps Filipino freelancers draft contracts, issue invoices, and track payments from their own clients. We do not process payments between you and your clients.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. One account, one person — do not share your login.

4. Your data

You own everything you put into the service. You can export your data at any time from Settings > Data.

5. Beta caveats

The service is in beta. Features may change, break, or disappear. We will give notice before any data-destructive change.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to generate contracts for illegal activity, to harass others, or to impersonate someone.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" during beta, without warranty of any kind.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version with an updated date.
